Estos términos son las reglas para usar Dominó Caliente (la app para Android y iPhone y la web dominocaliente.com). Al crear tu cuenta o jugar, los aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el juego.

1. Quién puede jugar

• Debes tener 18 años o más. El juego incluye apuestas con diamantes (moneda virtual) y retos de bebida opcionales.
• Una sola cuenta por persona. No se permiten cuentas compartidas, compradas ni vendidas.
• Eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta. Entra solo con tu cuenta de Google o Apple.

2. Diamantes (moneda virtual)

• Los diamantes son una moneda virtual del juego. No son dinero, no tienen valor fuera del juego y no se pueden cambiar por dinero, premios reales ni nada fuera de Dominó Caliente.
• No se pueden vender, regalar ni pasar a otra cuenta. Lo que se gana o se pierde en el juego se queda en el juego.
• Los diamantes, los artículos de la tienda y el VIP son una licencia de uso dentro del juego, no una propiedad. Si se cierra tu cuenta (por ti o por una sanción), se pierden.
• Si un error del juego te da o te quita diamantes por equivocación, podemos corregirlo.

3. Compras

• Las compras se hacen a través de Google Play o del App Store, con sus precios y condiciones. Nosotros nunca vemos los datos de tu tarjeta.
• Los pases VIP por tiempo (1 semana, 30 días, 1 año) duran ese tiempo desde la compra y no se renuevan solos. El VIP para siempre dura mientras exista tu cuenta y el juego.
• Reembolsos: los gestiona Google o Apple según sus políticas. Si se devuelve el dinero de una compra, se retiran los diamantes o el VIP que dio; si ya los gastaste, la cuenta queda con una deuda de diamantes que se descuenta de lo que ganes después.
• Pedir reembolsos de forma abusiva o con trampas es motivo de suspensión.

4. Mesas con apuesta y apuestas de espectador

• Las apuestas son solo con diamantes y son un entretenimiento. No es juego con dinero real y nunca se paga dinero ni premios reales.
• En las mesas con apuesta, cada jugador pone su apuesta al empezar; el bote se lo lleva el ganador menos una comisión del 10 %.
• Los espectadores pueden apostar a quién gana cada mano. El bote se reparte entre quienes aciertan, en proporción a lo apostado, menos una comisión del 5 %. Si nadie acierta, nadie apuesta en contra o la mano termina empatada, se devuelve todo.
• Si abandonas una partida, la puedes perder por abandono con su apuesta (salvo en la primera mano, que se anula y se devuelve todo). El servidor decide siempre el resultado.
• Si se detecta un acuerdo entre jugadores para pasarse diamantes perdiendo a propósito, esas cuentas no pueden apostar entre ellas, sus partidas no cuentan para el ranking y pueden ser sancionadas.

5. Normas de conducta

Está prohibido:

• Hacer trampas: programas, bots, apps modificadas, aprovechar fallos, varias cuentas o ponerse de acuerdo con otros jugadores (colusión).
• Insultar, acosar, amenazar, discriminar o publicar contenido sexual, violento o ilegal en el chat, la voz o el nombre de jugador.
• Hacer spam, estafas, publicidad o pedir datos personales a otros jugadores.
• Abandonar partidas a propósito o hacer perder el tiempo a los demás de forma repetida.
• Hacerse pasar por el equipo de Dominó Caliente o por otra persona.

Puedes bloquear y reportar a cualquier jugador desde su perfil, el chat o el final de la partida. Revisamos los reportes.

6. Sanciones

Si incumples estas normas podemos, según la gravedad:

• Silenciarte (no puedes escribir) durante un tiempo.
• Suspender tu cuenta (no puedes jugar) durante un tiempo.
• Banear tu cuenta para siempre, con la pérdida de sus diamantes, artículos y VIP, sin reembolso.
• Retirar diamantes o premios obtenidos con trampas o por error.

Siempre verás el motivo y hasta cuándo dura. Si crees que es un error, escríbenos a [email protected] desde el correo de tu cuenta.

7. Anuncios

La versión gratuita muestra anuncios de Google AdMob. Algunos vídeos dan diamantes si los ves completos; si cierras el vídeo antes, no hay premio. Con el VIP no ves anuncios.

8. Funcionamiento del juego

• Para que siempre haya con quién jugar, algunas mesas en línea se completan con jugadores de la casa (cuentas del propio juego controladas por el servidor). Nunca juegan en mesas con apuesta de diamantes, no aparecen en el ranking y no se puede apostar en sus partidas. Las partidas con ellos cuentan para tu MMR igual que las demás.
• Hacemos lo posible para que el juego funcione siempre, pero puede haber cortes, mantenimientos o fallos. Si el servidor se reinicia a mitad de una partida, la partida se anula y se devuelven las apuestas.
• Podemos cambiar el juego, sus reglas, los precios en diamantes de la tienda, los premios o las funciones, y también dejar de ofrecerlo, avisando con antelación razonable cuando sea posible.
• El juego se ofrece «tal cual». En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de pérdidas indirectas ni de lo que no dependa de nosotros (tu conexión, tu teléfono, Google o Apple). Esto no limita los derechos que te da la ley como consumidor.

9. Tu cuenta y tus datos

• Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde la app (Perfil → Eliminar cuenta). Se pierden sus diamantes, artículos y VIP.
• Cómo tratamos tus datos está en la Política de privacidad.

10. Cambios en estos términos

Si cambiamos estos términos publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha; si el cambio es importante, también te avisaremos en la app. Si sigues jugando después del cambio, aceptas los nuevos términos.

These terms are the rules for using Dominó Caliente (the Android and iPhone app and the website dominocaliente.com). By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the game.

1. Who can play

• You must be 18 or older. The game includes betting with diamonds (virtual currency) and optional drinking dares.
• One account per person. Shared, bought or sold accounts are not allowed.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. Sign in only with your own Google or Apple account.

2. Diamonds (virtual currency)

• Diamonds are an in-game virtual currency. They are not money, have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money, real prizes or anything outside Dominó Caliente.
• They cannot be sold, gifted or transferred to another account.
• Diamonds, shop items and VIP are a license to use inside the game, not property. If your account is closed (by you or by a penalty), they are lost.
• If a bug gives or takes diamonds by mistake, we may correct it.

3. Purchases

• Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under their prices and conditions. We never see your card details.
• Timed VIP passes (1 week, 30 days, 1 year) last that long from purchase and do not renew automatically. VIP forever lasts as long as your account and the game exist.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. If a purchase is refunded, its diamonds or VIP are removed; if already spent, the account carries a diamond debt deducted from future earnings.
• Abusive or fraudulent refund requests are grounds for suspension.

4. Table bets and spectator bets

• Bets are with diamonds only and are entertainment. This is not real-money gambling; no money or real prizes are ever paid out.
• At tables with a bet, each player stakes it at the start; the winner takes the pot minus a 10% fee.
• Spectators can bet on who wins each hand. The pot is split among correct bets, proportional to the stake, minus a 5% fee. If nobody wins, nobody bet against, or the hand ends tied, everything is refunded.
• If you leave a match, you may lose it by forfeit along with your stake (except during the first hand, which is voided and refunded). The server always decides the result.
• If players are found agreeing to pass diamonds by losing on purpose, those accounts cannot bet against each other, their matches do not count for the ranking, and they may be penalized.

5. Code of conduct

It is forbidden to:

• Cheat: programs, bots, modified apps, exploiting bugs, multiple accounts or colluding with other players.
• Insult, harass, threaten, discriminate or post sexual, violent or illegal content in chat, voice or player names.
• Spam, scam, advertise or ask other players for personal data.
• Repeatedly quit matches on purpose or stall other players.
• Impersonate the Dominó Caliente team or anyone else.

You can block and report any player from their profile, the chat or the end of a match. We review reports.

6. Penalties

If you break these rules we may, depending on severity:

• Mute you (you can't write) for a time.
• Suspend your account (you can't play) for a time.
• Ban your account permanently, losing its diamonds, items and VIP, without refund.
• Remove diamonds or prizes obtained by cheating or by mistake.

You will always see the reason and how long it lasts. If you think it's a mistake, write to [email protected] from your account's email.

7. Ads

The free version shows Google AdMob ads. Some videos give diamonds if watched to the end; closing early gives no reward. VIP players see no ads.

8. How the game works

• So there is always someone to play with, some online tables are filled with house players (the game's own accounts, controlled by the server). They never play at tables with diamond bets, do not appear in the ranking and cannot be bet on. Matches with them count for your MMR like any other.
• We do our best to keep the game running, but there may be outages, maintenance or bugs. If the server restarts mid-match, the match is voided and bets are refunded.
• We may change the game, its rules, diamond prices, prizes or features, or stop offering it, with reasonable notice when possible.
• The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for things outside our control (your connection, your phone, Google or Apple). This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

9. Your account and data

• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account). Its diamonds, items and VIP are lost.
• How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version on this page with its date; for important changes we will also notify you in the app. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
